Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide to serve clients across Oahu, including Honolulu, Aina Haina, and Hawaii Kai. Enjoy weekly pay, training, and a supportive team in a mission-driven not-for-profit setting.

You’ll perform activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility support, medication reminders, and travel to clients’ homes. No experience? we’ll train you; CNA certification or one year of verifiable work helps.

Qualifications

• No experience? We will train you to become a Home Health Aide.
• Minimum one-year verifiable work experience OR CNA certification.
• Driver's license and car required for non-experience candidates.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range of motion/exercises
• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)

While you support clients one-on-one with activities of daily living, we’ll support you with training, flexibility, and a team dedicated to creating a great employee experience. We are currently recruiting for a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to reliably serve patients all over Oahu to support our kupuna!

What you’ll do:

As a BAYADA Caregiver, you’ll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with:

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range of motion/exercises
• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
• Medication reminders

• Previous home health care or patient care preferred, but not required. We will train you!

Requirements:

No experience, no problem! We will Train you to become a Home Health Aide (Driver's license and car required for non-experience candidates)
