Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients across Oahu, including Honolulu, Aina Haina and Hawaii Kai. You’ll assist with activities of daily living and receive training to provide compassionate, reliable care.

We offer flexible full- or part-time schedules, weekly pay, PTO and benefits, and opportunities for career advancement. No prior experience required—training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; BAYADA will train you.
• Passion for caregiving and helping others.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Providing household support (light housekeeping, laundry, bed making).
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Range of motion exercises and ambulation support.
• Medication reminders and safety monitoring.

While you support clients one-on-one with activities of daily living, we’ll support you with training, flexibility, and a team dedicated to creating a great employee experience. We are currently recruiting for a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to reliably serve patients all over Oahu to support our kupuna!

What you’ll do:

As a BAYADA Caregiver, you’ll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with:

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range of motion/exercises
• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
• Medication reminders

• Previous home health care or patient care preferred, but not required. We will train you!

Requirements:

No experience, no problem! We will Train you to become a Home Health Aide (Driver's license and car required for non-experience candidates)

• Minimum one-year work verifiable experience
• Or a CNA certification
