Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, implement, and improve a Kubernetes platform on-site at NASIC. You will evaluate the existing setup, automate tasks, and ensure scalable, secure operations while partnering with development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Possess and maintain IAT Level II (CompTIA Security+, etc.) or higher as required by DoD guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative Kubernetes platform solutions using Helm, Argo CD, GitLab, and Harbor.
• Streamline processes with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD, reducing technical debt.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of platform deployments.
• Maintain platform health with monitoring, alerting, and proactive maintenance.
• Collaborate with development teams to drive platform innovation.
• Advise NASIC leadership and product owners with progress reports and guidance.
