Job summary

Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Software Integration Engineer to oversee the PaaS component of the CASA Compute Environment (CCE). The role focuses on secure, high-performance, multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters within a Linux-based infra.

Required TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance, Security+ certification, and extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, and IaC. On-site position in Maryland with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Security+ certification is required.
• 6 years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous OS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; 5 additional years of software engineer experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and provide operational support for the PaaS component of the CASA Compute Environment (CCE).
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security compliance, and optimal Kubernetes cluster performance to meet mission and application requirements.
