Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an Engineering Manager for the DGX Cloud Kubernetes Platform & Production Engineering team to lead customer delivery and self-service initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery of production Kubernetes clusters for AI workloads, drive automation, and align cross-functional teams toward scalable, automated workflows.

You will mentor engineers, set roadmaps, and partner with security, TPM, and platform teams to accelerate platform enablement and handoff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years leading or managing engineers
• Experience building platform APIs, self-service infrastructure, or onboarding systems
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or production engineering
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and AI-enabled engineering workflows
• Experience integrating multiple systems/teams into a reliable end-to-end workflow
• Ability to translate customer/operational requirements into technical interfaces and automated solutions
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and judgment
• BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of software and production engineers focused on Kubernetes customer delivery, onboarding, and self-service
• Own end-to-end delivery of production Kubernetes clusters for AI workloads
• Drive a coordinated delivery plan with defined owners, dependencies, timings, risks, and blockers
• Partner with platform, runtime, release, fleet ops, CSE, product, TPM, security, and infra teams
• Create integrations linking customer intake/status systems with Kubernetes provisioning and production handoff
• Turn recurring tasks into automated self-service workflows using APIs, AI tools, and agents
• Define service interfaces and measure delivery speed, readiness, automation, and customer visibility
• Set roadmaps, staffing, and ownership while mentoring technical leaders
