d-Matrix is a company focused on unleashing the potential of generative AI. We are looking for an experienced SRE/DevOps engineer to own incident response for Kubernetes and related environments in a production setting.

The role involves rapid triage, cross-team collaboration, and turning recurring issues into automated runbooks and alerts. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Python/Bash scripting, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years operating production Linux and Kubernetes troubleshooting.
• Scripting in Python/Bash and familiarity with CI/CD.

Responsabilités

• Own first response for issues across Kubernetes, GitLab, VMs, and demo environments.
• Triage with IT and product software when root cause sits on their side.
• Turn recurring issues into automation, alerts, and runbooks.
