Job Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and operate container services platforms, emphasizing integration with Cl/CD pipelines.
• Leverage automation to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
• Meticulously assess risks while ensuring task efficiency.
• Analyze, diagnose, replicate, and resolve technical issues reported by customers using Client PaaS and CaaS platforms.
• Develop maintainable, reusable software from a consumer‑centric perspective.
• Take ownership of unresolved issues, seeking in-depth knowledge for timely resolution.
• Handle and maintain support requests from business unit customers.
• Collaborate with other engineering groups to triage customer and business unit issues.
• Contribute to building and peer‐reviewing knowledge base articles and product documentation.
