Job description

Title: Kronos UKG Pro WFM - Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements is preferred over just Workforce Central experience.
2. Minimum of 15+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central, and/or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher.
3. Experience in implementing and configuring UKG/Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules.
4. Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, and Analytics.
5. Knowledge of Activities and other UKG Pro WFM modules is a plus.
6. Ability to configure UDM/WDM servers and assist clients in deploying UKG clocks (4500 and InTouch 9000/9100/DX terminals).
7. Experience developing/supporting interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
8. Understanding of the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, and support.
9. Strong domain expertise in UKG Pro WFM suite, with excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and management.
10. Ability to work in complex technology environments with multi-product solutions and legacy system integration.
11. Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary ranges from $138,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
