Job summary

Kroger is hiring a CDL-A Local Grocery Driver in Denver, CO. You will deliver grocery freight from the Aurora distribution center to stores across Colorado and Cheyenne, WY, with home daily and a consistent, repeatable route.

Enjoy mostly no-touch freight, new 2025 automatic trucks, live unload or drop-and-hook, and a schedule of six days on followed by two days off with shifts including evenings and overnights during surge periods.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.

Job Details

• Dedicated local grocery delivery account
• Starting location: Distribution center in Aurora, CO
• Delivery territory includes Colorado and Cheyenne, WY
• Approximately 1,700 miles per week
• Average of 1–3 loads per day and 13 stops per week
• Live unload and drop-and-hook freight
• No-touch freight
• Repeat deliveries to familiar stores
• New 2025 automatic trucks
• Trucks must remain parked at the distribution center; taking trucks home is not permitted

Shift Details

• Home daily, with occasional overnight runs during surge periods
• Six days on followed by two days off
• Evening, night, and early-morning shifts
• 24/7 operation; schedules are not fixed
• Occasional short mountain runs may be assigned
