Availability - Shift/Days: Flexible Availability

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing daily restaurant operations, including people, operations, and financial metrics
• Providing excellent guest service and coaching team members
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training staff
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Ensuring food quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Monitoring financial records, inventory, and cash handling
• Communicating with District Manager and completing administrative duties
• Fostering a safe environment and reporting issues
• Leading and developing team members, including training a Restaurant Assistant Manager

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred
• Open availability and strong communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage conflict
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various temperatures
