Manage the overall contract and relationship with existing clients, their consultants, and third-party administrators (TPAs). Own the renewal plan, develop long-term account strategies, and lead efforts to meet client needs. Responsible for assisting assigned accounts with plan reviews, eligibility support, troubleshooting plan or member issues, report requests, and trend monitoring. Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs or requests while providing day-to-day support to the Account Managers and Account Coordinators. Supervisory responsibilities include input on hiring, training, development, and performance evaluations.
