Job summary

HOKALI is seeking enthusiastic After School Enrichment Educators to supervise TK–8th grade students in Natomas USD. You will create safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences after school, with a focus on KPOP-themed enrichment when appropriate.

The role offers flexible scheduling based on availability, access to the HOKALI Academy, and structured lesson plans with room to bring your own ideas. Compensation is $50 per hour, with start date 9/14/2026 and end date 12/18/2026.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Able and willing to complete 3 hours of online training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise TK–8th grade students for after-school enrichment.
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities.
• Maintain attendance and incident records, and ensure student safety.
