Job summary

HOKALI is seeking enthusiastic After School Enrichment Educators to join our growing team. You will supervise students from TK through 8th grade, ensure safety, and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities after school.

This role offers a 2:15pm–5:30pm schedule, compensation of $40 per hour, and access to the HOKALI Academy. Applicants should be 18+, complete 3 hours of online training, and bring strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• TK–8th grade supervision and engagement.
• Maintain student safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and lead engaging enrichment activities.
• Foster positive social interactions and teamwork.
• Manage behavior with positive reinforcement.
