Job summary

Kia America is seeking a Business Planning Administrator to manage North American plant KPIs such as production, shipment, inventory, and allocation. You will communicate current agendas, identify issues, and assist management in devising action plans while supporting ad-hoc analyses and reports.

You will develop daily KPI reports, track model/region/engine performance, and collaborate across departments. Travel may be required; a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in operations/finance are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in business administration, manufacturing, statistics, or finance, supply chain management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Communicate and identify current agenda and open issues about plants operation (production, quality, part shortages, etc.).
• Assist KIA NA management with devising action plan.
• Create daily KPI reports on production, shipment, inventory, allocation, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop KPI tracking reports by model/region/engine to monitor performance.
• Support the Business Strategy group with ad-hoc tasks and/or administrative duties.
• Provide regular reports to management on production/shipment forecast orders.
