KeyCorp is seeking a Trust and Estate Analyst to provide trust administration support for Key Private Bank clients and beneficiaries. You will work within Specialty Teams and relationship management to attract, retain, and grow client relationships while managing fiduciary risk and ensuring policy compliance.
The role involves coordinating with Settlement Officers, handling account administration, analyzing client transactions, and interpreting trust documents to fulfill duties as Trustee.

The Trust and Estate Analyst provides trust administration support and fulfills fiduciary responsibilities by providing basic trust administration for Key Private Bank (KPB) clients and their beneficiaries. While serving on the KPB Specialty Teams and within the relationship management team, collaborates effectively and provides insight and solutions to attract, retain and grow clients. Actively manages trust and agency accounts, in accordance with established policies and procedures to a high professional standard while managing fiduciary risk. Retains and deepens profitable client relationships within assigned revenue base. Where appropriate, may focus on an area of specialty trust expertise. Successfully identifies opportunities to enhance client relationships while using proper channel management.
Bachelor's Degree in business-related field (preferred)
General knowledge and understanding of fiduciary, financial and/or investment products and services OR equivalent experience (required)
A minimum of 3 years experience working within the financial industry or other client service roles. (required)
Progress towards, or completion of, Cannon Trust Schools I, II and III or equivalent knowledge from other industry training, or equivalent knowledge from fiduciary training or equivalent experience (preferred)

General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.
Hybrid (3+ days)
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives. Key has implemented an approach to employee workspaces which prioritizes in-office presence, while providing flexible options in circumstances where roles can be performed effectively in a mobile environment.
