Kodland invites you to join a remote tutoring team helping children aged 5–17 learn game development, programming, web development, and digital design using Roblox, Scratch, Python, Unity, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

You will deliver engaging lessons from ready-made scripts, develop your teaching skills with mentor support, provide progress reports, and bring creative ideas to improve student engagement while representing Kodland positively.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Roblox Studio, Lua, Scratch, Python or Unity.
• Basic knowledge of Roblox for lesson delivery.
• Willingness to learn Roblox or Scratch with Kodland.

Kodland is a digital platform connecting tutors and children aged 5 to 17, teaching game development (Unity/Roblox/Minecraft), programming (Scratch/Python), web development (Javascript, HTML, CSS) and digital design (Blender/Photoshop). Kodland's goal is to prepare children for the future. We help them acquire skills that set them up to succeed in their careers and develop their interests. Kodland operates in 40 countries and educates over 30,000 students.

Position description:

• Delivering engaging and fun lessons based on the programmes and materials provided by us.
• Developing teaching skills with the support of Kodland mentors.
• Sharing feedback on lessons and materials with the team.
• Providing regular and detailed reports on student progress and improving the learning process and children's engagement.
• Representing Kodland in a positive, influential, and friendly manner.
• Implementing creative ideas to support students.
• You have experience in Roblox Studio, Lua, Scratch, Python or Unity.
• You are ready to learn Roblox or Scratch with us.

Important: This is a remote position, so you will need your own laptop, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work. After the interview, you will be asked to complete a test. Candidates have the opportunity to learn Scratch and Roblox with us. We offer a B2B contract with the possibility of working as an unregistered sole trader; other available options also include cooperation with the TwójStartup incubator.
