Job summary

Kodland is seeking a passionate Roblox Game Design tutor to inspire kids and teens. You will deliver Roblox game design lessons using ready-to-teach materials, guiding students from ideas to playable projects.

This is a fully remote, freelance role with flexible hours. Availability during UK teaching hours is required; weekdays 4 pm–10 pm and weekends 10 am–8 pm in Sydney/Singapore time. Training provided, performance bonuses, and opportunities to grow within Kodland.

Qualifications

• Programming knowledge (Python preferred).
• STEM degree required.
• Passion for teaching children and teenagers.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Availability for 10+ hours per week.
• Weekdays: 4 pm–10 pm; Weekends: 10 am–8 pm (UK time aligned).
• Reliable tech setup: stable internet, webcam, headset, and quiet workspace.
• Roblox Studio training and onboarding provided.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Are you a programmer who loves coding and gaming? At Kodland, you'll have the opportunity to turn your passion into impact by inspiring the next generation of creators. You'll teach kids and teens how to design their own Roblox games, guiding them step by step as they bring their ideas to life. No prior experience with Roblox Studio? No problem - we'll provide full training to help you succeed. This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you're available during UK teaching hours (afternoons/evenings on weekdays and mornings on weekends).

Requirements

• Programming knowledge (Python preferred).
• STEM degree
• Passion for teaching children and teenagers.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week during:
• Weekdays: 4 pm - 10 pm ( Sdyney or Singapore time )
• Weekends: 10 am - 8 pm (Sdyney or Singapore time )
• Tech setup: stable internet (min 20 Mbps), webcam, headset, and quiet workspace.
• A willingness to learn - we'll provide Roblox Studio training and full onboarding.
