Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking an on-site VOC Operations Support Specialist in Richardson/Plano, TX. The role requires fluent Korean (written and spoken) and extensive root cause analysis experience to drive improvements in customer care operations.

You will analyze trends, summarize findings for leadership, and lead projects to enhance processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting high-level escalations in Korean and English.

Qualifications

• Korean language proficiency required (written and verbal).
• Strong root cause analysis and corrective-action experience.
• Experience with continuous improvement/process improvement.
• Background in customer service and handling customer interactions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to prioritize independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and define corrective actions for complex customer issues.
• Analyze case data to identify trends and recurring problems.
• Summarize analysis results and present findings to managers and leadership, tailoring reports to the audience.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and advocate for process enhancements.
• Assist escalated customers in Korean and English and manage high-level interactions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to complete tasks; align processes with company goals.
• Ensure processes support customer satisfaction and strategic objectives.
