Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 3-4 years of experience in supply chain, data analysis, and logistics operations.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets and advanced Excel.
• Tableau or Alteryx experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP.
• Bilingual Korean and English required.
• General knowledge of supply chain operations for the area.
• Ability to identify standard problems and suggest changes.
• Ability to read and interpret orders from sales, purchase, and transfer.
• Experience solving routine problems with limited data analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Proceed PSI/SCP activities to ensure on-time allocation and delivery.
• Ensure product availability to meet forecasted demand by account and site.
• Input weekly AP2 forecast to maximize allocation.
• Track weekly orders and manage customer order to meet on-time delivery.
• Operate logistics orders such as diversion and stock transfer.
• Publish daily/weekly operating reports (PSI/SCP).
• Maintain short-term (6 months) demand forecasts for assigned categories.
• Manage weekly demand forecast by SKU/site and provide order commitments.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Sales, and Operations on launches and events.
• Monitor inventory levels and balance investment with service targets.
• Coordinate with HQ for production scheduling and supplier management.
• Monitor order reception and shipping to meet monthly targets.
• Provide updates and recommendations on demand, inventory, and performance.
• Analyze and publish weekly ATS/aging reports to maximize sales.
• Weekly MPO / factory aging inventory management.
• Track KPIs to measure progress toward supply chain targets.
