We are actively hiring a KoreanLinguist to join our Reston, VA team. You will support a government agency with translation, transcription, and interpretation services, including meetings, and may travel domestically or abroad.

Qualifications

Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in education, foreign language, or technical field with relevant foreign language training experience desired.
Interpretation experience.
Translation into English.
Editing and quality control of language products.
Summarizing / gisting while drawing upon linguistic or cultural expertise.
Writing reports.
Workflow management.
Triage.
Subject matter expertise in science and technology or sponsor operations.

Responsibilities

Interpretation of primarily individual meetings but may include conference-type settings. Having simultaneous interpretation skills is a plus.
Translating from Korean into English
This position may require short-term domestic and foreign travel.
