Job summary

Gandiva Insights LLC in Englewood Cliffs, NJ is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions with Korean language proficiency. The role requires hands-on Python, LLMs, NLP, and the ability to work with Korean-language data.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to build AI systems that support Korean-language understanding, generation, search, classification, and automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python and AI/ML development.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and ML.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar LLM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of RAG and vector databases.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience developing AI Agents/workflows.
• Prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
• REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based AI applications.
• Vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus.
• Knowledge of Korean NLP techniques and Korean-language data.
• Hangul language processing expertise.
• Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/GenAI applications supporting Korean and multilingual use cases.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and AI agents.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Develop NLP solutions for Korean-language text and business content.
• Evaluate LLM performance, accuracy, relevance, and safety for Korean responses.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
