The role requires strong bilingual skills and the ability to perform simultaneous and consecutive interpretation while upholding safety, accuracy, and confidentiality. Relocation assistance is available for this on-site position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide consecutive, simultaneous or whispered interpretation for meetings and floor activities.
• Interpret technical discussions involving equipment operation, troubleshooting, and safety.
• Translate and proofread technical documents and SOPs.
• Prepare for assignments by reviewing agendas, drawings, terminology, and references.
• Support urgent communications following safety and escalation requirements.
• Facilitate communication among employees, leadership, OEMs, vendors, and contractors without changing meaning.
• Protect confidential information and disclose conflicts of interest.
• Collaborate with teams to identify gaps and improve interpretation and processes.
• Participate in team meetings and training to expand knowledge.
• Perform other language-support duties as needed.
