Responsibilities

• Advise Korean-based clients on a broad range of corporate matters including fund formation, securities, M&A, and capital markets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with clients and contribute to the growth of the Korean Practice.
• Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain client relationships and provide strategic business counsel.
