Job summary

JND in the Dallas, TX area seeks a Korean bilingual Business Analyst across Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to drive budgeting, forecasting, closing, KPI reporting, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership decisions. You will coordinate supply, inventory, and production schedules with cross-functional teams, turning large data sets into clear reports using Excel, SAP, and BI tools.

Korean/English bilingual ability is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Entry level (0–3 years), Mid level (3–5 years), and Senior level (5–8+ years) candidates are all encouraged to apply.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and PowerPoint; Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems required for mid/senior level; SAP, WMS, Access, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, financial literacy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and publish weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports and KPIs to aid decision-making and business management.
• Analyze large datasets (qualitative and quantitative) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; build dashboards and visualizations.
• Evaluate promotions and sales programs through post-mortem analysis (forecast accuracy, efficacy, ROI) and recommend adjustments.
• Act as liaison between business and IT/development teams: gather requirements, perform system analysis, and lead process improvements and system set-up.
• Support B2B service planning, strategic report preparation, executive presentations, meeting documentation, and escalation management.
• Review contracts, cost proposals, and business processes; track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
