- Provide step-by-step support to customers, ensuring they understand processes and benefits
- Document all customer interactions accurately and effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in both English and Korean
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
- Open availability between 8:30 am - 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday
