Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is looking for a skilled finance professional to oversee month-end close and financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail accounting, excellent managerial skills, and be fluent in Korean. Responsibilities include leading the month-end closing, preparing financial statements, and ensuring GAAP compliance.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of experience in accounting roles. Candidates with CPA and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• 2+ years in supervisory or managerial role preferred.
• Experience in distribution, CPG, or retail accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full month-end and year-end closing process.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements.
• Monitor AR aging and deduction exposure.
• Supervise accounting staff.
