Job summary

Cesna Recruitment is seeking a Korean bilingual Environmental, Health and Safety Engineer for an on-site, full-time role in Kyle, Texas. You will conduct EHS audits, manage hazard analyses, organize waste shipments and wastewater management, and support facility EHS activities in line with OSHA and EPA regulations.

The ideal candidate has a safety-related degree, manufacturing exposure, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, OSH, or related field required.
Chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work additional hours outside regular hours as needed to support operations.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine EHS audits and inspections and advise leadership on corrective actions.
Lead environmental compliance programs including storm water and air quality management.
Support fire code inspections and emergency response readiness.
Coordinate regulatory agency interactions and document requests.
Identify areas of concern and propose improvements.
Assist with incident investigations, JSA, and risk assessments.
Develop and deliver annual EHS orientation and training for employees and contractors.
Coordinate emergency drills and response practice activities.
Maintain records in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Stay updated on OSHA, EPA, fire codes, and corporate standards.
