Job summary

Lifted is seeking contributors for Korean audio transcription tasks. You will listen to real audio, transcribe verbatim in Korean, and assign speaker labels for multi-person recordings.

Timed transcripts and annotations of non-speech events are required to meet project standards. Applicants should have native Korean fluency, strong listening skills, and the ability to produce exact transcripts that include fillers and stutters.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Korean with familiarity of regional accents and informal speech.
• Strong listening comprehension and attention to detail.
• Ability to produce verbatim transcriptions, including stutters, repetitions, and filler words.
• Experience in transcription, annotation, or linguistics is an advantage.
• Reliable internet connection and a laptop/desktop (mobile devices not supported).

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio recordings and produce precise, verbatim transcripts in Korean.
• Apply speaker labels for conversations with 2–8 participants.
• Insert timestamps for each text segment with accuracy within 500 ms.
• Annotate non-speech events such as laughter or background noise.
• Follow project instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
