Job Title: API Gateway and Microservices Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to:

1. Design, develop, and maintain microservices.
2. Support and manage Enterprise Kong and Kong Konnect.
3. Install, configure Kong API Gateway, and integrate it with existing APIs.
4. Monitor and debug platform or application issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise Kong, Kong Konnect, Kubernetes, OAuth Grant types, and authentication protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Kong Ingress in Kubernetes and related configurations.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes platform management.
• Experience maintaining public API documentation using KONG Developer portal.
• Knowledge of API design standards, open API specifications, Swagger, OpenAPI 2.0, REST, JSON, and XML.
• Proven ability to implement APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of OAuth/OIDC token-based authentication.
• Experience automating Kong API gateway configurations within DevOps pipelines.
