Although Hajoca is large, each location operates as a small business, called a Profit Center (PC), managed as its own entity. A typical PC includes a warehouse, counter, sales office, and sometimes a showroom, operating under unique trade names tailored to local markets.

Kohler Signature Store is one such trade name, seeking a Sales and Design Consultant at its Scottsdale, AZ location.

The store offers a high-end kitchen and bath shopping experience. The Sales and Design Consultant provides intuitive design and sales expertise, representing the Kohler brand and exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate about design, personable, and experienced in sales, providing prompt and friendly service to homeowners, trade professionals, contractors, and Kohler.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing high-level customer service
• Driving sales and meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals and gross margin
• Following up on leads and generating new business
• Managing customer and sales processes from start to finish
• Being motivated, detailed, organized, and able to work in a team-oriented, service-minded environment

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate/trade/design school education preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5+ years sales experience with a proven record of exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work weekends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent planning, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Leadership ability, building trust and managing results-driven teams
• Self-directed, detailed, highly organized
• Ability to develop and maintain customer, trade, and Kohler relationships
