JOB DESCRIPTION

Safest Nursing Ratio (One on One patient care)

Est. pay : $25-$32 per hour (case by case specific)

Sign on bonus : $1,000 FT Day Shift, $1,500 FT Night Shift

Full Time, Part Time, and PRN positions available

Maxim is hiring LPNs to attend school with our PDN pediatric patients in the Knox Co Area! The cases we are hiring for are as follows :

Case 1 :

Schedule : Monday-Sunday 4 / 3 rotation , includes every other weekend

Hours : 7:25am-7:25pm

Location : Knox 37921

Positions : 2

Case 2 :

Schedule : Monday-Friday (12 hour shifts)

Hours : 6:30am-6:30pm

Location : Knox , 37932

Positions : 1-2

Case 3 :

Schedule : Monday-Friday (12 hour shifts)

Hours : 7am-7pm

Location : Knoxville, 37922

Positions : 1-2

Responsibilities :

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare team members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications :

• Currently licensed as an LPN / LVN in the state in which the LPN / LVN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
