Bragg partners with government stakeholders to organize content and develop solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. The candidate will manage sites, governance, and reports, gather requirements from end users, and stay current on Microsoft 365

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• Five+ years of experience administering SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience supporting SharePoint Online.
• Understanding of knowledge management and collaboration best practices.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with end users.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, and content.
• Develop knowledge management solutions to improve collaboration and information sharing.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and recommend Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Configure site structure, navigation, metadata, permissions, and governance.
• Develop and maintain basic Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Support migration of legacy content and create reports/dashboards.
• Produce user documentation and deliver end-user training.
• Provide user support and promote adoption of collaboration tools.
