Job summary

KBR is seeking a Knowledge Management & Power Platform Developer to support a government client by administering SharePoint Online, building Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions, and advancing knowledge governance.

You will work with leadership to modernize operations, develop reports and executive briefings, coordinate communications, and ensure information is captured, organized, and accessible while delivering measurable productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online admin and Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience developing and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, or knowledge management artifacts.
• Experience supporting U.S. Army, federal government, or Department of War information management or collaboration initiatives.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online site configuration, permissions management, and content administration.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership with internal office operations, communications, and administrative processes.
• Draft, review, edit, and coordinate reports, newsletters, memorandums, and executive briefings.
• Develop Power Platform solutions to automate processes and deliver dashboards.
• Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and Teams environments, including permissions and governance.
• Analyze platform usage, data quality, and performance, and implement improvements.
