Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in defense intelligence or IC environment.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights from disparate sources.
• Experience coordinating across networks, systems, and partners.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Align business processes, technologies, and workflows to support information sharing among analysts and mission partners.
• Use databases, content management systems, records management, and knowledge management tools to organize intelligence information.
• Analyze and refine workflows to improve analytical production and knowledge sharing.
• Compile, analyze, and report performance metrics to assess capabilities and identify improvements.
• Assess current and future knowledge management requirements for search, storage, and retrieval of intelligence assets.
• Coordinate dissemination of intelligence products across networks and portals per security requirements.
• Identify and implement enhancements to knowledge management processes and capabilities.
