Bluehawk, LLC. seeks a Knowledge Manager to align people, processes, and technology for enhanced information sharing and decision-making across the intelligence enterprise. You will ensure access to intelligence data and support lifecycle management across domains and classification levels.

You will leverage SharePoint and enterprise platforms to enable cross-domain dissemination, governance, and optimized production workflows, supporting analysts and mission partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated mission knowledge and KM principles in intelligence operations.
• Ability to communicate complex, technical information clearly.
• Proven capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience collaborating across the Intelligence Community to resolve information-sharing challenges.
• Ability to lead teams researching critical information problems.
• Produce concise, insightful intelligence-support products.

Responsabilidades

• Post, edit, and maintain content across classified and unclassified knowledge repositories.
• Organize data, establish file structures, and ensure retrievability by authorized users.
• Apply metadata and taxonomy to maintain content integrity and consistency.
• Ensure proper security for sensitive information.
• Improve workflows by integrating KM best practices into processes.
• Support analysts by enabling effective search, discovery, and use of intelligence data.
• Collaborate with mission partners to disseminate intelligence products cross-domain.
