Job summary

Blue Iris Tech Consulting, Inc. in Linthicum, MD seeks a Knowledge Management Development Support specialist to design SharePoint process improvements and develop governance for a government customer.

You will support KM SOPs, lead working group sessions, and migrate content to SharePoint while coordinating with CI operations teams. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, Security+ certification, and strong facilitation skills to prepare position papers and status reports for leadership and

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI with eligibility/induction for Sensitive Compartmented Information.
• CompTIA Security+ certification and completion of a Site Collection Administration training equal to MS55033.
• Hands-on SharePoint experience: workflows, site themes, content management, and migration.
• Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills to develop SOPs and position papers, and to report status.

SCHEDULE:

Full-time

LOCATION:

Onsite in Linthicum Maryland at a secure Government facility; CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required.

Required Quals

• Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility/indoctrination for Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
• CompTIA Security+ certification and completion of a Site Collection Administration training course equivalent to Microsoft MS55033.
• Demonstrated hands-on SharePoint experience supporting workflows, site themes, content management, and migration of content from shared drives or other repositories.
• Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills sufficient to develop SOPs and position papers, facilitate working groups, document meeting outcomes, and provide status reporting.

About Us

Blue Iris Tech Consulting Inc. is seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Instructor to support curriculum development, instruction, student evaluation, and training operations for a federal counterintelligence mission.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement SharePoint process-improvement solutions that strengthen knowledge management and information sharing across the organization, subject to Government approval.
• Develop KM SOPs in accordance with Army FM 6-01.1, help establish KM structures and governance, and assess current SOPs and processes through position papers and recommendations.
• Facilitate Knowledge Management Working Group (KMWG) sessions; distribute information, encourage participation, publish minutes, recommend follow-on actions, and conduct surveys/interviews to improve knowledge sharing.
• Create governance and maintenance plans, custom workflows, site themes, and SharePoint content; support transfer of content from shared drives and other repositories into SharePoint.
• Implement KM practices through SharePoint and develop formats and recommendations based on prioritized KMWG requirements and knowledge-sharing needs.
• Provide weekly status updates and support CI operations trends and strategic communications by reviewing operational files, querying and organizing data, and identifying leads, gaps, vulnerabilities, and trends.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior knowledge management experience supporting the Department of Defense, U.S. Army, Intelligence Community, or another national-security mission.
• Working knowledge of Army FM 6-01.1 and Army knowledge management governance practices.
• Experience administering or improving SharePoint environments in classified or restricted-network settings, including content/records management and knowledge repository design.
• Experience developing KM governance, process-improvement workflows, performance/usage metrics, and recommendations based on stakeholder feedback.
• Experience supporting counterintelligence or intelligence operations, strategic communications, or operational data/trend analysis.
