Job summary

Threat Tec, LLC is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide knowledge management and operations support to the U.S. Army Future Training Directorate (FTD), CAC-T, in Orlando, Florida. You will own the directorate's meeting, action-item and document-control workflows and help produce staff products that shape Army training modernization.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, active DoD SECRET clearance, and a bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of relevant experience, plus strong writing

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance (must be active at start).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 13+ years of relevant experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience supporting Army or joint staff operations, knowledge management or documentation.
• Strong writing and editing skills for senior-leader products.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and synchronize people, technology and processes into a collaborative information environment that supports Mission Command for the FTD Director.
• Perform integrated knowledge management: maintain portals, document libraries, study databases and web content.
• Manage meeting battle rhythm, action items and document control for directorate forums.
• Develop and edit briefings, information papers, executive summary memoranda, JCIDS documents and CBAs.
• Collect, organize and archive data supporting programmatic and business initiatives.
