Job summary

You will develop data visualizations and dashboards, create queries, and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels while ensuring SOP standards and effective information management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 9+ years related experience; equivalent 4 years can substitute for degree.
• Experience in program analysis/management.
• Ability to implement personnel management.
• Experience creating/updating standard operating procedures.
• Experience handling large databases and understanding their function.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
• Active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.

Description

SAIC is currently seeking a Knowledge Management located at Pearl City in Hawaii to support USPACOM to provide program and information management support to a diverse team of wargaming and concept development professionals covering large volumes of data spread across multiple databases and software systems into meaningful and useful information to be used in shaping the organization.

The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, be able to create and develop methods and means by which information is understandable and actionable and will need to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of understanding.

Job Description

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's and nine (9)+ years related experience; additional four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Must have experience in program analysis/management.
• Must understand and be able to implement personnel management.
• Must have experience and be able to create and update standard operating procedures.
• Must have experience handling large databases and understand how they function.
• Must have experience with data visualization tools (Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables), Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Must have an Active Secret Clearance.
• Must be a current US Citizen.

Target salary range $100,001 - $140,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
