Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is partnering with a downtown Chicago law firm to hire a Knowledge Counsel. This role focuses on leveraged finance, private capital markets, and lending product expertise to support sophisticated financing transactions.

The candidate will work on credit agreements, intercreditor arrangements, and related security documentation, providing seasoned legal analysis for complex financings and deal structuring.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related security documentation.
• Experience with leveraged finance and private capital markets is essential.
• Ability to analyze complex lending structures and documentation.

Core Legal Expertise

• Leveraged finance - syndicated lending, acquisition finance, and leveraged buyout transactions
• Private capital markets - private placements, direct lending, and fund finance
• Lending products - senior secured credit facilities, mezzanine debt, unitranche structures, and second lien financings
• Strong working knowledge of credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related security documentation
