The role requires passion for men’s apparel, fabrics, design principles, and the design-to-sourcing process, with strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with Design Director and cross-functional partners to ensure brand aesthetics, season concepts, and accurate tech packs, BOMs, and CADs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Textile Design, with sweater specialization.
• 7+ years fully fashioned sweater and cut-and-sew design experience.
• Strong sketching and CAD/tech pack development skills.
• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop; good Excel/Office skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management for fast-paced work.

Responsibilities

• Lead full design process for private labels, including tech packs and BOMs.
• Translate Tailored Brands aesthetics into exclusive products.
• Ensure product aligns with seasonal concepts and brand storytelling.
• Develop seasonally appropriate stitches and materials with cross-functional teams.
