As a Maintenance Associate, you will learn to identify and fix issues on knitting equipment, perform repairs, operate machinery as needed, and support preventive maintenance while following strict safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, mechanical work, or related hands-on environment.
• Exposure to troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical equipment.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to identify maintenance issues on knitting equipment and assist in resolving them.
• Assist with performing maintenance and repairs on knitting equipment.
• Operate knitting equipment and serve as backup operator when needed.
• Train on preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
• Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively as a team member to accomplish department goals.
• Provide support to other departments and perform other duties as assigned.
