Responsibilities

• Encourage creativity, patience, problem‑solving, and individual artistic expression.
• Provide individualized guidance while supporting participants at varying skill levels.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Communicate professionally with participants, parents, and program staff.
• Arrive prepared with lesson plans, project samples, and instructional materials.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Do you enjoy knitting, crocheting, and sharing your passion for fiber arts with others? We are seeking a creative, patient, and enthusiastic Knitting & Crochet Instructor to lead hands‑on enrichment programs for youth and adults in a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment.

The instructor will teach the fundamentals of knitting and crochet through engaging, hands‑on lessons that help participants build confidence and develop new creative skills. Students will learn basic stitches, pattern reading, yarn and tool selection, project planning, and finishing techniques while creating their own handmade projects. The program is designed to encourage creativity, patience, fine‑motor skill development, and artistic expression for participants of all skill levels.

Youth Class (Ages 12+)
