Qualifications

• CNA license and Medication Aide Certificate are required for consideration.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with documenting medication administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medications as ordered, verify dose, route, time and reason.
• Safely administer medications and monitor resident condition.
• Document administration in the medical record accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and supplies.
• Process med reorders from pharmacy timely.
• Label and date opened medications as required.
• Perform additional duties including CNA tasks as qualified.
