Job summary

KULR Technology Corporation in Webster, TX is seeking a Kitting Clerk to support production by assembling and delivering complete material kits to assembly lines and assisting with receiving, put‑away, and counts. This hands‑on, hourly role reports to the Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager and operates from the Ellington (Forge 2) facility with Webster support.

The candidate should have a HS diploma, 1–2 years in warehouse or kitting, and familiarity with barcode scanners or ERP systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of warehouse, kitting, material handling, or manufacturing support experience preferred; entry‑level considered.
Experience using barcode scanners and a warehouse or ERP system preferred.
Forklift or pallet‑jack certification preferred or obtained within 90 days.
Experience in electronics, battery, or aerospace/defense manufacturing a plus.
Accuracy and attention to detail when matching part numbers, quantities, lots, and revisions.
Ability to read pick lists, BOMs, labels, and basic work instructions.
Basic computer and scanner skills; able to learn AI‑enabled warehouse software with training.
Organized and dependable; works to a daily schedule driven by production start times.
Communicates shortages and problems promptly and clearly to the Specialist and Production Supervisors.
Safety‑minded, especially around lithium‑ion cells and packs.
Team player willing to flex between kitting, receiving, counting, and shipping as production demands.

Responsibilities

Picks and assembles kits per work‑order pick lists, verifying part numbers and quantities.
Stages complete kits ahead of scheduled work start; flags shortages to the Warehouse & Logistics Specialist and Production Supervisor.
Records kit issue, returns, and partial consumption in the internal AI‑enabled platform for inventory traceability.
Returns unused material and returned kits to stock; maintains kitting area to 5S standards.
Assists with receiving, unloading, counting, verifying against PO/packing lists, labeling, and moving material to stock or inspection.
Performs put‑away and picks using scanners; maintains location accuracy.
Participates in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation; aids with discrepancies.
Assists with packaging outbound shipments, including lithium‑ion battery shipments under supervision.
Follows safety rules and storage procedures for lithium‑ion cells.
