Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming goods for damage and count accuracy.
• Stage components for assembly and reconcile kit components with Work Order.
• Read Bills of Material (BOMs), pick lists, or work orders to gather the correct components and assemble kits according to specifications.
• Inspect components for defects, verify part numbers, lot codes, and expiration dates, and perform visual or dimensional checks.
• Discrepant items are rejected or quarantined through the NCM process.
• Kanban replenishment points, or outbound shipping, following packaging standards to prevent damage.
• Operate equipment and tools necessary to complete kitting process.
• Work with team members to meet production schedules, support administrative tasks, and follow company policies and procedures.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and maintain a positive work ethic
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• The job requires working on a production line and often standing for long periods and adhering to safety protocols
