Job summary

Haggard & Stocking, located on Indianapolis' southeast side, seeks a Kitting Specialist to manage kit data in P21 ERP, review orders, and coordinate kitting work orders. You will monitor component availability and work closely with Purchasing and Inventory Control to resolve shortages.

The role emphasizes maintaining BOMs, timely kit fulfillment, and accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation. A high school diploma is required, with college coursework preferred, and prior customer service

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Customer service and inventory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update kit information in the P21 ERP system.
• Review customer orders and kitting requirements for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate release and processing of kitting work orders.
• Monitor component availability and address shortages to prevent delays.
• Track kits through production and fulfillment to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate BOMs, kit components, quantities, and part numbers.
• Coordinate with warehouse on priorities and instructions.
• Verify kits meet quantities, labeling, packaging, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain customer-specific kitting instructions and documentation.
• Identify and resolve inventory or order discrepancies.
