Taylor Corporation in Arden Hills, MN is seeking a Kitting Operator for the 1st shift (6:00am–2:00pm), to manually assemble, bind, and package materials, including medical devices, and perform basic quality checks. You will fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and stack boxes on pallets according to directions, while communicating clearly and following established procedures.

The role requires lifting up to 25+ pounds and working in a manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines.
• Strong communication to exchange accurate information.
• Lift up to 25+ pounds and move within the facility.

Responsabilidades

• Assembles, binds, and/or packages materials and products manually.
• Performs basic quality checks including measuring, weighing, and counts.
• Folds and tapes boxes, applies labels, and stacks boxes on pallets.
• Other duties as assigned.
