Job summary

The End of Line Kitter role involves supporting final material preparation and kit fulfillment, ensuring kits are complete and accurate, and coordinating with Production, Inventory Control, Shipping, and Quality teams to stage materials for

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow work orders, bills of material, and pick lists.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills and experience using inventory or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Review work orders, drawings, and pick lists to identify required kit components.
Pull, verify, and stage hardware, components, and materials for production and shipment.
Ensure kits are complete, accurate, and properly labeled.
Verify quantities, part numbers, and revisions against work order requirements.
Identify and report material shortages, discrepancies, and damaged components.
Maintain kit accuracy and traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
