Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented End of Line Kitter to support final material preparation and kit fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will verify components, stage materials, and ensure accurate kit assembly for production, packaging, and shipment. The role collaborates with Production, Inventory Control, Shipping, and Quality teams to maintain kit accuracy and timely delivery, offering exposure to multiple facets of material flow and continuous

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, bills of material, and pick lists.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience using inventory or ERP systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, drawings, and pick lists to identify required kit components.
• Pull, verify, and stage hardware, components, and materials for production and shipment.
• Ensure kits are complete, accurate, and properly labeled.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and revisions against work order requirements.
• Identify and report material shortages, discrepancies, and damaged components.
• Maintain kit accuracy and traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
