Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Detrash & Kitting Specialist/Warehouse Operator for a 12+ month contract on W2 in Whitsett, NC. You will prepare kits, handle components, and support production with safe, organized material flow.

Shifts available (1st/2nd/3rd); basic data entry and manual dexterity are required, with a focus on safety and quality while complying with ESD guidelines. On-site work with potential for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience; logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lift components safely with basic data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Kit components and organize kits for assembly.
• Detrash and handle components following safety and ESD procedures.
• Move materials through systems to log inventory and production data.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections to identify defects before production.
• Follow detailed work instructions to comply with schedules and safety systems.
